1. Spanair virtual is a nonprofit virtual airline whose main objective is to simulate Spanair flight operations, including network and fleet
2 Pilot hiring requirements
1. The minimum age required to register into Spanair virtual is 18 years old.
2. It is mandatory to have an IVAO or VATSIM account.
3. Cadets are required at least 150 fligth hours either on IVAO or Vatsim to be accepted.
4. You must have FSX, P3D, MSFS, or XPlane.
3 Flight Operations
1. All flights must be performed either on IVAO or VATSIM.
2. Fleet belonging to Spanair virtual must be used. The no complience of this rule is a reason for inmediate expulsion.
3. The callsign Spanair will be used on flight operations (JKKxxxx changing xxxx for the route number).
4. For ferry flights the following callsign shall be used JKK87xx (JKK8700 first leg, JKK8701 second leg...).
5. For delivery ferry flights, the following callsign shall be used JKK84xx (JKK8400 first leg, JKK8401 second leg...).
6. Charter flights are permitted using the pilot personal callsing.
7. A minimum of 2 hours of flight are required monthly. If the pilot is not capable to accomplish that, he must contact a staff member to change the status of the account to "on leave". If the pilot keeps its account as inactive during a month, it will be deactivated from the VA. If the situation persists, all his data will be erased from the system.
8. Flights must be reported using vaBase ACARS, manual flight reports can be accepted under special circumstances, but will only be accepted if a link to the track is provided.
9. Flighs should be booked through the Dashboard menu.
10. Bookings are kept for a total of 24 hours.
11. In orther to fly the A321, the flight crew member must be ranked as first officer.
12. The B757 will be only available for captains.
13. Long Haul fleet will be only available for long haul captains.
14. In roder to be ranked up, you must have the required Spanair star points and flight hours in your profile.
15. Landings with a landig rate greater than 750ft/min will be rejected.
4 Serious misconducts
1. Promote piracy at the web of the airline and other official groups.
2. Disrespect other members and external people of the virtual airline.
3. Report flights of other virtual airline at the Spanair website.
4. Recruit Spanair virtual pilots for other airlines.
5 Legal information
1. Data protection. According to Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5th 2018, as well as Real Decreto 1720/2017, all pilot data of Spanair virtual pilots will remain within the web and will not be published.
The final purpose of keeping personal data will be the provision of the requested services, as well as the occasional sending of emails as a means of communication.
All personal data will be kept as long as the user is linked to the virtual airline. Personal data will be removed if the user decides to disassociate from the airline.
Likewise, Spanair virtual, will not provide personal data to third parties.
The user keeps the right to request information about his registered personal data, as well as its modification and its elimination.
2. Spanair virtual keeps the right to publish on media accounts any simulator screenshot related to the VA published on the media channels of the airline.
3. Spanair virtual has no relation with the real Spanair.
4. The member is responsible to be updated of va regulations, as they might change during time.
5. Spanair virual reserves the right to take further actions even if they are not stated on these regulations
